Inspiration

Marie Maynard is inspired by the technical and creative challenge of kiln formed glass and fibre optic lighting, identity, childhood memory and the effects of trauma upon the body.

Current Projects

WAM (The Women's Art Movement) was founded in September 2007 by Marie with her friend Jennie Coles. WAM is a non-profit community art movement which aims to support female artist in London, surrounding areas and internationally.
